CFI-2001 SL realize, how important it is for our users to get clear information about use of data provided to us. Company relationship with User is based on honesty, clarity and accuracy to build strong relationship mutual trust. This Privacy Policy describes in details how personal data is handled when they interact with the Company.
When the Company needs the information, it will ask the User to provide it directly and voluntarily. All data providing while completing forms on the Portal will be included in an information system for which CFI-2001 SL is responsible.

Provided personal data will be stored as long as business relationship is maintained and User didn’t require to remove them during the period when legal obligations will arise.
The User can terminate this agreement at any time and exercise of its rights access, correction, restriction, data relocation, cancellation and non-conformance by filling written request to the registered office CFI-2001 SL located at Avda. Mas Pins s/n, 17457 Riudellots de la Selva (Girona) or by sending an email to info@fibosa.com where should be indicated which specific right has to be corrected.
In accordance with LSSI, CFI-2001 SL will not send promotional or advertising communication by email or any other means of electronic communication that have not been previously requested or expressly authorised by the recipients of these messengers. Therefore in each form on Website User has the right to give consent for receiving newsletter, regardless of the specific information request.
CFI-2001 SL take the necessary measures to guarantee the security, integrality, data privacy according to the Constitution 03/2018 and other applicable regulation. However it’s not liable for the damages resulting from changes that third parties may include in computer system, electronic documents or other User’s file.

In case of outbreak of difference regarding data processing with CFI-2001 SL, User can lodge a complaint to the Spanish Data Protective Agency at electronic office (ww.aepd.es) All dispute relating to this Website are governed by Spanish law and jurisdiction is exercised by the relevant courts and tribunals.
